i know you know i know

pictures!!!

these are images of our new hello kitty sizzlits dies! for the hello kitty lovers that need their hello kitty fix in a slightly smaller dose, these sizzlits are perfect! with most being about 3inches in height, they are perfect to use on all kinds of cards, favors, tags and mini scrapbooks!

need flower centers? we just got in a bunch of Kaiser Craft rhinestones, including these charming blossom shaped beauties! Kaiser Craft products are great because they are so affordable and they look great on almost anything! They are based out of Australia, so when we stopped by their booth at CHA we got to hear those gorgeous accents! they could say anything and it would still sound so beautiful. They're like british accents, they could say poop or mud or icky and it would still sound elegant!

also from Kaiser Craft, self adhesive pearls! i am a HUGE fan of pearls! i have several strands that i love to drape around my neck and now i can add them into my scrapbooks! these come in many colors, but i have found that the whites and creams tend to match with almost any project. i have seen some on wedding invites as well as wedding scrapbooks and if you add some flowers and a few yards of ribbon, you have a winner!

i know most of you know about the martha stewart punches right? well most of the borders have since sold out, but we still have a lot of shapes! check it out:

for the lovers of the world, we have this adorable scalloped lace heart! this particular shape is a seasonal shape, and only comes out once a year around valentines day. although this shape was designed for a lovely holiday, it is great for other projects year-round. the laced shape is the perfect finishing touch on a wedding invitation, and looks absolutely fabulous on any party favor. we only have a few of these left, so if you don't wanna wait another year for this exquisite shape stop by today, or give us a call with your credit card info!

calling all princesses! have you ever noticed how hard it is to find a really cute crown punch? look no further, it's martha stewart to the rescue! with punches, its easy to create endless embellishments for cards, invites, favors and more! princess parties never go out of style, so celebrate your little heiress with this delightful shape!

dont worry, boys are not forgotten! here we have a charming choo choo train punch that not only punches out the shape, but embosses the wheels! i know it can be difficult to find cute stuff for little boys, so when we find some, we get it! there is also a choo choo train border punch that matches this one, buts its on order. if you would like to be notified when this punch comes in, give us a call and we will put you on the wait list!

martha also makes these glitter kits. included are butterfly shaped double-sided adhesives that peel off by section so you can glitter your butterflies in a multitude of colors! these look great on cards, and i just love them in my scrapbooks! the kits include some glitter, but if you have as big a shimmer hoard as i do, then the color combinations are infinite!

prima flowers! everyone loves flowers! we got in our CHA shipment, so if your blossom supply is running low, take a stroll through our garden!

i love ribbon. i love it so much that i would make a dress out of only ribbons and wear it everyday. i have so much ribbon in my stash that if i used a little bit everyday, i would never run out. i do not have this ribbon though, its a glitter ribbon! we have a gold, teal, onyx, and silver.

here is the sample of the basic grey page of the month class for february. the class is filled, but check back for the march class!

monkeys no longer jump on beds cuz they are all over this scrapbook paper! straight from the jungle (the mighty jungle) these apes are sure to make an impression! if you've been putting off making those party invitations for your little monkey, nows that time to get started with this awesome collection!

and my last picture is of Big Shot! by far my favorite die cut machine, it can cut any brand of die and if you like the Bigz and Original dies like it do, then you can cut an abundance of different mediums as well! you can cut fabric, thin wood & metal, chipboard, cardboard, plastic, paper, and so much more! big shot is for any crafter, not just scrappers and cardmakers! we have a special going on until the 1st of march: when you purchase $35 in sizzix dies** you can get a Big Shot for $65! **some restrictions apply, contact us for more information.

those are all my pictures for now! we are currently putting together our march calendar, so check back for more information. we are also planning a girls day event, so be on the lookout for that email and blog update!
have a great day!

ok, today is february 20th, and we have this class tonight:

as many of you may have seen, we sent out an email regarding this class about how you can get a free gift when you sign up. we still have a few spots left for the free gift, so be sure to ask about that when you call to sign up. the deadline to sign up will be up until 6pm this evening, which is roughly half and hour before class starts. so leave the kids with dad, grab your scrappy stuff and come on down to Scrapbook Heaven! this class not only works with distressing techniques, but you also learn about using templates and tips on how to keep your scrapbook hobby affordable! some of you may not know, but here at Scrapbook Heaven, when you take our classes you get to shop for 10% off on the day of class!

we have opened up 2 crop days in the month of march, the first and third saturdays from 6pm to midnight. So that would be Saturday March 7th & Saturday March 21st. the crop is $5 to sign up and when you arrive at the crop, you get $5 in store credit to spend that evening! we take Visa and MasterCard over the phone, so feel free to give us a call at 680-9000 to reserve your seat! these crops fill up fast, so as soon as you open up your schedule, call us!

in other news... are any of you familiar with martha stewarts border punches? lately, her valentine lace punch has been really popular and a very highly requested item here. here's what it looks like:

sadly enough, this punch is no longer being made this season! how badly does that stink? when martha makes her seasonal stuff, she only makes one batch and once that batch is gone, its gone :( they were going to make another batch of this product, but since not enough stores ordered it, they decided not to produce another batch. unfortunately, our order fell between the two batches so we never got a chance to get our order in! so if you know anyone who has this punch, be their friend! i heard that they are selling on ebay for upwards of $60! my goodness!

are any of you familiar with the bead gallery? they are a quaint little store on ward ave, and this past tuesday i went in for the first time! the owner (aka Bead Girl) is one of our customers and has been for a while. i have never worked with beads before, but i was very eager to see her store. when i walked in, she explained that it could be very overwhelming to a newcomer and boy was she right! i guess thats how it feels to be a first time scrapper and walk into our store huh? anyhoo... after looking around, my mom and i decided to sign up for a custom class to do wire wrapping. mom and i thought it would be a nice idea to do a bead class once a month as a "mommy and me" class (how silly is that? i'm almost twenty years old and i still do the "mommy and me" thing!!) if its not obvious, i am so excited about this class! i think we are making chandelier earrings, but im not sure.

check out their website, they have lots of information on there including class stuff, photos and lots more!

also, we are having a sale on american crafts paper that ends this sunday the 22nd. 40% off american crafts paper, and 30% off american crafts thickers and rubons. archangel's receive an additional 5% off these sale items.

i think this post is long enough, so....bye!

i gotta do it

i know the blog has been very boring lately, no pictures no fun stuff. i have no idea what is wrong with our computer, but we can't seem to upload any pictures from here! not even to costco so we can print them, so i will have to resort to posting the pictures up when i get home.

i really wanted to show you the my minds eye stuff, its quite pretty! but you can check out their website for the images.

we are also expecting the martha stewart edge punches soon. we've been expecting them for a while, i have no idea why we dont have them yet. the companies never tell us when anything is shipping, so we never have a time frame for when we should be expecting stuff. so if you are waiting for the new edge punches, be sure to keep an eye on this blog because this will be the first place i update!

we are also working on the march class schedule, so hopefully that will be available soon! i am planning on a paper crafting class and a few other *somethings* i am so excited!

i have to get going now, i'm about to go and get my hair cut, so i will talk to you later!
*maybe i can post a pic of my hair when i get home! cross your fingers!*

hey! i've been really busy for the last couple of days! we got in a bunch of new stuff and we are still waiting for lots more!

we sent out an email earlier this week, and we got a great response! i guess many of you have noticed that we are doing a lot more with classes this month, along with a couple of really cool crops. if you didnt really get how these crops work, allow me to explain: you pay the $5 to reserve your seat for the crop, when you arrive at the scheduled crop, you get $5 in store credit to use that evening! cool huh?

for our blog, i installed a system called Intese Debate. it works with the comments mostly, and it helps me keep better contact with you! if you leave a comment, you will notice that it asks for email, that way when i reply to your comment, you get an email with my message attached! you should check it out!

i had a picture for you. it was a pretty picture of what to expect for my love frames class. but blogger is not letting me upload the picture. *sniff sniff* i can try again tomorrow i guess....i really wanted to show you too, drat!

we belong

hey! hi! howzit! whats up? there are so many ways to say hello!

i had a great weekend. it left me cheerful, chipper and in a very creative mood. i started working on my "bucket list" book, and got a lot done. if you are wondering what my bucket list book is, allow me to explain: a "bucket list" is basically a list of things one wishes to accomplish before they kick the bucket. get it? i think its super cute. i refer to my book as "the bucket list book" but when i actually glue the title to the cover, it will say "50 things before I die" just because i want the number "50" in there. its a 6x6 mini book with 52 pages on the inside. each page will have a goal or wish and the extra 2 pages are going to be the intro and a letter to the future me. sounds cool huh? i still have to make my list though...

picture time! i have the picture of our February 20th class:

this class is going to be taught by the same lady that taught that awesome valentine mini book last month! I like to call her Madame Distress, cuz she distresses everything! i took her class last month, and it really inspired me to be different with the way i go about my crafting; it really removes the type A in you! i had been searching for the something that would give me my groove back, and her class was IT! her teaching style reminded me how to get back into the groove of things. she is also a bottomless pit of ideas. seriously.
this class is $20 and starts at 6:30 on Friday the 20th. if you like the layout but are unable to attend the class, ask us about the class kit!
alright, i am starving right now, so im gonna go eat! talk to you later!
